Question: what type of film should i be using in my pinhole camera?

i made the camera itself, i'm just a little confused about what film to use.
the camera is made out of an average sized shoe box. the pinhole is in the center of one of the longer sides, so it will be more of a wide-angle shot.
my dad randomly bought some film for me, but i'm not sure it's the right kind. it's Kodak Professional BW400CN 35mm film.
if anybody could tell me if that will work, or of a better kind, that would be great. any other advice for pinholes would be great too. thanks. :]
