Question: Carrying case that holds both dslr and HD camcorder?
Does anyone know of a carrying case that exists that holds both a Sony DSLR camera as well as a Hard Drive Camcorder?
Answer: I would look at the backpack style camera cases. They hold the most equipment for the size of the bag. Specific brands which are high quality include Tamrac and Loweprowe, but even store brand such as Quantaray are okay.
Another excellent place to find Camcorder Case is on Amazon... They have way more than just books!

Question: Can an aluminum carry both your camcorder and microphone?I want a case (do not have to be aluminum, as long as is difficult) for camcorder (Canon HV20) and external microphone. I want that carries everything that comes with the camera and microphone, such as cables and extra batteries. Any typical product recommended?
Answer: I use Pelican cases. My 1600 can lead to a Sony HDR-HC1, NRG Research SA-568 "shotgun" microphone, audio Techica AT-825, CX231 juicedLink, extra 9 volt and AA batteries, miniDV tapes, cables, tape head cleaning tape, Camcorder AC power supply, 0.6x wide-angle lens, 2.0x tele lens and a lot of other things ... I used to use a 1500 for the HC1, but now that the use of a HDR-FX1. Aluminum cases look cool - until a divot. I have a couple of cases aluminum Zero-Halliburton "cubes" that lead to the lighting gear. SKB cases done well, also (I use them for audio equipment and instruments tormented).
