Question: camera waterproof case? 10 points!?
Does anyone know whether or not waterproof cases work well for finepix cameras(I have a z100fd)? What's the difference between waterproof cases and underwater housing?
Also should I get a memory card for it? Or is the internal memory really big?Answer: Waterproof cases are a generic term for any sort of underwater protection. They can soft or hard cases. Generally, an "underwater housing" is a hard case, is expensive, and is fitted to a specific camera.
An inexpensive case would be a soft case like these:

And yes, you should get a memory card. Internal memory is never big and you can always take more photos with an extra memory card.

Question: underwater housing cheap for DSLR's advice please!?Hey! I am a student photographer and I'm about to go to Barbados on holiday - I would be able to take my Canon DSLR in the pool / sea (snorkeling) but adequate housing units costing thousands of pounds and I'm already about to start a new camera (40/50D). I was wondering if someone used their digital SLR underwater with a compromise of low cost housing (DICAPAC SLR waterproof housing for example) and if it is safe / Any good! any recomendations or comments on the housing units under £ 100 / $ 200 would be really useful! (I currently use a Canon 350D which after buying the 40 or 50D, I'm usual submarine trying lenses I use are 18-55mm, 18-200mm and 50mm 1.8, and can not zoom thank you underwater doesn't bother me too much!)!
Answer: I think you'd better buy a camera, underwater disposable low prices rather than take chances on a cheap accommodation. There are even non-disposable underwater cameras for under $ 100.
