Have many choices on your puchases within the Nikor and tameron range making it veratile within the budget even as ou explore the beauty of the dig relm. And it takes SD cards! Can now get a 4gb card if you so desire (possibly slight overkill though- I know I like to move my images to CD as soon as poss in case of corruption or theft.

Well, I'ma beginner in photography. I have never used any of these SLR cameras digital. I have a digital camera and I have been using for about 2 years. So I thought it's time to level up a bit. I know nothing about a SLR all digital, but I'm thinking, once I'm going to get a figure in time. Therefore, you need help deciding which brand and what version. My budget is about $ 700. I can not decide which brand. Photography could be my major, so think and please give me some advice. A million thanks!

Answer: When entering a SLR, the main focus should be on the lenses available for the brand you are seeing. Do the lenses that do what they want, are the targets of sufficient quality? They take place in local stock of rental houses? Can you get a decent lens for the money you want spend. Bodies come and go, glass is forever. Good luck
