Question: Help with painting problem; Behr paint wont stick to Kilts primer?

i applied 2 coats of Kilts interior general purpose primer on the walls of my cottage. i gave the primer enough time to dry then i applied the 2 coats of behr paint on the primer. When a small amount of paint was applied, it seemed ok for 3 seconds and then, upon further inspection, it seemed that there were unpainted spots on the place where i applied. i then moved to another area on the wall and applied a large amount of paint on the wall. the paint then seemed to run off the wall moving away from the area that i painted. the full name of the paint is Behr Premium Plus Semi Gloss Enamel No. 3050 Ultra Pure White. The paint is acrylic/latex. I applied the paint when the temperature was normal and the humidity was aceptable. any help would be appreciated

Answer: Obviously the two are not compatible with each other. I am not familiar with these two, so all I can say is read the labels..somewhere on there you will discover why they are not compatible.
