Question: HELP PHOTOGRAPHY, digital manual aim?

I'm trying to start using my old OM lens on my Olympus E-System cameras. I ordered OM-f1 om-4 / 3 lens adapter to do this. On the info for the card that says that will give twice the focal length as you would with a film camera. So if im using a manual 300mm lens with a 2x converter does this mean for my digital camera I will use the equivalent of a 1200 mm lens?

Answer: Dunno, if that's what he says, I think. If he does, will the picture quality horrible, blurry and shit.
