Question: My cell phone charger is saying my battery is fully charged… when it’s not!?

I just recieved my new sony ericsson w580i, and it works perfectly…..

other than that when I try to charge it I get a message that says that the phone has been fully charged.

then when I un-plug the battery, the whole thing says that the battey isn’t really fully charged,

in-fact it’s barely charged.

so (barely charged) that it doesn’t have enough power to turn on.

Answer: Get a new battery. Call Sony Ericsson and have them ship you a new one; this one is defective.
