Question: What kind of mobile message is one with a movie film icon under the envelope?

On the LG Neon, I received a message that has an envelope and a movie film icon under it. When I select “view”, I only see the information about the message. The left soft key says “retrieve”. What do I do?

Answer: Its a multimedia message, someone has sent you either a picture or short video. If you hit retrieve then it will go on the internet and download the video file. FYI, if your phone doesn’t have an internet data package on it, you’ll be charge per kilobyte download charges. If you have internet, you should be fine to go and retrieve it. Hope that helps…
