Turn the pocket making it backward. Place the closure of an inch from the top of the double tube of fabric, making a rectangle. Unzip one shortly before sewing the side seams – it is much easier to do! Sew both sides of the bag with a 1 / 4 inch to 1 / 2 inch seam. Turn to the side pocket right out. Place the bag by sewing on one side at the bottom and on the other side. Leave the top open. This gives you a double bag. A zippered pocket to ward off secure the elements and the other to put the items you want to easily find.
