Answer: It’s not a common term, but Lithium-Ion batteries are a sort of ‘smart’ battery. When operating or when charging, there is feedback so that the device knows what’s going on. While 4-6 hours may not be enough to fully charge the battery, it still should be charged enough to operate at least for awhile.

If you happen to let a Lithium-Ion battery operate until it can no longer power the device, that is not a problem, but generally it’s better to recharge it on a more regular basis. The old ‘charge memory’ was a characteristic of the nickel-cadmium (NiCd) batteries, and even then only in certain industrial applications.

Back to Lithium-Ion batteries, because there is feedback when charging, the charger will shut off when the battery has reached full status. If you’ve had it on the charger for at least 4 hours and it’s still not operable, then you may need to replace the battery. Especially if you’ve been recharging it over a couple of years.

Ho appena acquistato un SD900 Canon, ma il tempo di ritardo allo scatto è driving me nuts! Sto pensando di rivenderlo su eBay e l'acquisto di un LEICA C-LUX 1 o 2 posto. Qualcuno ha qualche consiglio o di consulenza con la Leica? Io tendo ad essere un po ' schizzinoso con le mie macchine fotografiche digitali, come il ritardo di scatto deve essere equamente inesistenti, l'LCD deve essere di grandi dimensioni e sono neutri l'opzione mirino, io preferisco ricaricabile Li-ion battery pack, pocket-size elegante, e chiudere eccellente-up (in modalità macro) e paesaggistico (infinito), nonché ritratti, ecc ho avuto un 5mp Casio QV-R51 che è stato sorprendentemente preso le immagini meglio la Casio Exilim S600 e adesso questo Canon SD900 *. * scuote la testa La SD630 Canon Ho avuto di recente è stato lì e battere questa SD900, ma sono abbastanza soddisfatto del ritardo allo scatto. Risposta: Mi dispiace di sentire che si sta non felice con il tuo SD900, come mi piace molto il mio. Ecco la mia risposta su stock ritardo allo scatto: se si pre-fuoco premendo il pulsante di scatto mezzo-discesa, puntando a ridurre il soggetto – O quando si prevede il soggetto sarà quando si desidera scattare la foto – contribuirà notevolmente. È possibile impostare la fotocamera in modalità "Sport" o "Scenario" e questo ridurrà al minimo il ritardo. Se non si usa il flash, lo aiuterà. Se si spegne "Face Detection", che sarà di aiuto. Se si spegne il monitor LCD e utilizzare il mirino solo, vi aiuterà. Se si utilizza il continuo modalità di scatto per una raffica di 4 o 5 colpi, non ci saranno pre-fuoco tra quei colpi. Per il punto più telecamere e sparare, questo vi darà da 1,5 a 2 fotogrammi al secondo, ma non è possibile utilizzare flash. certo punto e telecamere sparare sono migliori di altri.
