Answer: Best way is to dry them in a desiccator and / or Blue gel or a other desiccants and store them in a refrigerator at +5 to +10 ° C. In this way, the viability of the pollen as Antirrhinum extended from 3-5 days to 70 days.

Question: What kind of flash do I need?
I'm using a Nikon D60 and was asked to shoot a candlelit wedding in November and was wondering what type of flash I need? I've done some research but I'm not sure of the difference between dedicated and non-dedicated. I'm more of an intermediate photographer. I know a little, but not near what I would like too. I know it takes some time to practice with the flash and learn to use it properly, that's why I'm trying to find something early. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Answer: In general I recommend to by a dedicated flash. A SB 600 will work Very well for your needs. In case you are searching for a lower budget range the Mecablitz 48 from Metz also might be a good match.
A non-dedicated flash unit will work with any camera. A dedicated flash unit will only work with specific camera and most of the time, there is a module that you attach to the flash a the particular type of camera you are using. A dedicated flash unit will work in TTL mode with the camera. A non-dedicated flash will not and relies on it's own built-in thyrister controlled circuit to work in Auto mode.
The thing to watch out for is that the camera-specific module for a dedicated unit may not be included with the flash and may need to be bought separately.
If you decide to get the dedicated unit, make sure that the module will allow the flash to work in ETTL mode. Otherwise, there's no sense in getting it.

Question: What is a good fully manual, 35mm, fully manual SLR camera with a dedicated flash?Any tips on good brands, specific Models, etc. Thanks:).
Answer: The Nikon FM2 (or the next in line FM3A) is a favorite of many photographers and I know many digital adepts who still have a FM2 on film, because it does not require batteries to operate (you still need batteries to use automatic exposure meter Power, but very low power consumption). It is compatible with many flashes of the Nikon range as well as many lenses. My former camera was a Canon Elan 7N, and I loved it. Durable body flashes with the best Canon, very low power consumption, perfect dose in any situation, large viewfinder. Good performers are also the Leica R6 (similar FM2 only durable), the R3 (Safari, resistant to moisture and corrosion) and M8 (which has a whim, because it is very sensitive to infrared due to the lack of a filter. Perfect ) for IR photography but needs an anti-IR filter for normal range of photography. Also good is the zenith KM range from the famous Russian manufacturer, with the best lens Anger in the story comes.
