I asked this same question last night, but I didn’t get a clear answer from anyone. Perhaps I wasn’t clear in asking. Anyway, I don’t need any references on what tripod is good and what tripod isn’t, etc. Just answer please.

Answer: Any head with a 1/4 20 thread should work. 1/4 = diameter of thread in inches and 20 is the number of threads per inch.
Look for a head that has these numbers specifed in its mount.
Some are 3/8″ so no not all will fit.

Question: Have you Adorama Flashpoint tripod?

… and if you do, what do you think of this? I am interested in a tripod carbon fiber and they seem quite affordable. If they are only so-so in quality, I'd rather stick soon to an aluminum alloy or some other to keep the price this side of reality. If you own one, please specify which one and please Tell me if you want to buy it again? Thank you.
