Answer: I own a Canon A720 IS that I have an Ike Lite underwater housing for.

I use the camera for both above and below surface. The housing is rated to 200 feet depth, which is probably a little deeper than you plan on using one.

Question: What is good quality underwater video camera should I?

Do you need a good quality, not bad price waterproof video camera I can under water and as a regular video camera. Suggestions would be great. =)

Answer: depending on the depth. The Olympus Stylus 8000 "Rugged" is a good all-round camera with movie mode. For depths up to 10 meters, the Stylus 550 is an economical choice. because you want to use them in the water, I suggest You get the optional belt lively because the camera is otherwise reduced.
