Answer: I’ve not tried it on a 306, but normally you get at the rear light cluster from inside the car. There’s a section of trim that comes away. The cluster is clamped to the body shell with four screws.

When you’ve done the job, make sure you get a good electrical connection between the cluster and chassis.
