Answer: find the closest SONY shop close to you ( in internet ), or every where you bought the camera, you have guarantee . don’t you?
so if there is no sign that you have dropped it. just take t there and tell i don’t know why it is not working ,and don’t explain to much. may be they change it for you,

Answer: Many people shop online. I have no comment from the other poster to change the camera language, because the seller is in Sydney, Australia. Many things are made in China, including genuine Sony cameras. It is simply cheaper to do it. Essentially the way to make sure you buy something, secure online experience by eBay Australia is to consider how long the person has been sold, if they have a lot of positive feedback, if the product they sell is in line with what they have in the past (ie when they sell, sell a camera now, but all they ever be sold, before coffee, maybe someone hijacked her account), and how careful they are in their Description. But yes, you can buy online order and the stuff in the shops is often the same. Original Sony cameras are made in China, among others. How can it be cheaper? No physical memory to maintain and perhaps the products are bought in another country and brought into your country without going through the official importer (a process called "Grey Market "). That's how you say, Hong Kong, buy a couple of cheap cameras, put them in your suitcase and flies home, and then they sell less than officially introduced those, but more than what you paid for them in Hong Kong.
