Question: looking to sell my Olympus Evolt-500
i live in Hillsboro, Oregon and i am looking to sell my camera. it was bought roughly 2ish or less years ago, but has only been in use for a year, everything is in top conditon. it comes with two lenses in the package. the battery and charger, the chord for the computer and everything that was orignally in the box plus two filters. orignally it was bought for $800 and i am wondering if i put it on e-bay or craigs list how much the starting point should be.
Answer: Watch out what you ask for it. I see E500s selling for more than a brand new 510 every day with the same lenses.

Question: Can I Used Old House filters with a new digital SLR camera? My aunt was a photographer and have several games Filters for his old Zuiko Zuiko lenses that go with your old 35mm film camera. My question is: Can I use filters with my old Zuiko Olympus E-500 Zuiko? Just wondering … If I do not want to spend 99 $ on a new set and meet their peers. Filters are available for each motion picture camera under the sun, so I'm sure that at least half of them will work. I do have my glasses of discussions about how old Zuiko lenses do. I heard that there are some filters for the best night photos, I'm not sure if, but I after UV filters for the most part. And yes, I am an experienced photographer. Thank you all for your feedback system. What really was whether after these crystal filters are different from today. (I was lazy and not do much research on it. I do not know if new filters were a new age of plastic, glass. etc)
Answer: Many older people are Olympus 49mm filters and the filters on your E500 are 58 mm, 49mm is what the period of inactivity. They are too small and not fit, of course. Check the numbers on the filters, fit 58mm and can be used the UV and skylight for many things, but the objective being protective. In B & W is not necessary because the filters on your camera has a built in filter programming. A filter is a filter, whether it was for a film or digital camera. She has a job to do, which filters the light somehow. The cameras all just try to capture we let in light. I am sure that in case of E500 car in the filters that are plaguing you think I should do, so it would be better to use filters to manual, priority Shutter, aperture priority, etc. .. and use of compensating controls where necessary and pro Advanced All filters use and would not be without them. A linear polarizer (not adjustable) mess with the metering and auto focus on "some" cameras. Some will not. It is good to use a circular because you can adjust the amount "divide" the light that comes in. It is totally incorrect to say that you can not use a linear polarizer on a digital camera. Even if it does not alter the autofocus you can switch to manual. The results are justified if it interferes with the measurement, and if you can not always compensate. My point is that you can use any filter that fits properly, and the end result will justify its use, whether you hit or you need to adjust to make it reach. The filters are no different, a UV and a skylight is a UV and a skylight, print now "digital" or digital use, then you can dial up and get more money. I prefer to use some old filters I have because I know that are of the quality of the glass and the pure craft and I have no idea what some of these new filters today. It seems thinner, that's for sure.

Question: Can Nikon vibration lens 80-400mm (1.2 kgs) be used hand-held or only with a tripod?
Please, only answer this question if you already use this lens!
Answer: I’ll be honest up front, I shoot with Canon so I don’t have this lens, but one of my shooting friends does. Based on what he has observed, he can still hand-hold shots at these shutter speeds and the images are still acceptable:
80mm 1/10
150mm 1/30
200mm 1/30 (200mm must be a “sweet spot”)
300mm 1/60
400mm 1/125It’s not Tripod Sensing like many of the Canons, so if you are using a tripod, make sure you turn the VR off.

Question: What would be best with a Nikon D80 and the lenses work stand?I have a 18-200 Nikkor lens, and I'm always on the Planning, a 90mm Tamron 2:8 macro lens and a Nikkor 50mm 1:8. I enjoy shooting in low light without flash, and I wonder what would the weight of the tripod All three lenses to handle various times? (If you know of a small tripod and that would be great!)
Answer: I do not know what your budget, so if this recommendation is too expensive, edit your question: This is a very good pod, so I heard. http://www.freestylephoto.biz/55804-Manfrotto-Wilderness-Tripod-Kit-055WNB-Inc.-3221WN-Legs-and-804RC2?cat_id=2702 It's advantage is the low level adapter. It is a must if you shoot macro. You can use up to ground level and even the tripod. It will support up to 13 Extras lbs. If you have a budget, is this seemingly http://www.freestylephoto.biz/620510-Sunpak-Digipro-XLT-Heavy-Duty-Tripod-With-Twist-Leg-Locks?cat_id=2702 well, which means that it is not flimsy and treat 11 lbs of equipment. There is no "best" tripod. Search only a few things, if your looking for book. How much weight can handle it, it is robust (you do not want the thing carping at you and losing a leg in the middle of a shoot), how versatile it is (if it not reach much past a few feet ….. well …), it's weight and portability (if it is heavy and bulky to carry around you can never use, unless You use it that) especially in a studio, the head of the tripod (you want a simple installation, but not so simple that you can always turn to and have Drop your equipment to the ground, and you want some versatility in my head, so you can maneuver your camera) You want to check out your local Photo shop. Do you see what they recommend. Often these are local boys have great deals on used equipment such as tripods.
