Question: What is the cheapest DSLR camera out there?
My daughter this year asked for a DSLR camera.
I know they can be very expensive so what is the cheapest you can find them at.
please provide a link.Answer: The cheapest DSLR that I know of is the Nikon D40. It’s cheap, but can take great pictures, just as long as the photographer knows how to take good pictures.
I would recommend buying it at Adorama: http://www.adorama.com/INKD40K.html?searchinfo=nikon+d40

Question: What would you recommend SLR for a beginner?I am really eager to find a digital SLR camera good. I need it to be reliable, and fairly well built. I am wanting to specialize in photography, so I want a digital SLR camera very good. What would you recommend for me? I'm a newbie btw, yes, it would be a good camera?
Answer: Canon 400D is a digital SLR amazing and very good for beginners, can learn many things with it. And it does allow you to take excellent photos. I myself and a couple of my friends do as well as photographers (all of us amateurs or semi-pro, some of us to take a photography course school), and we're all satisfied. It has the best odds of all the canons digital feature from Flickr, and is fairly cheap, and you'll have more money to spend on lenses!

Question: Professional digital cameras. Is a referb a good idea for a starter camera?
I am looking around for a new Nikon d40 or even d60 (body only) and was wondering if referbs would be the way to go like computers. HP has great referb computers but i want to know if Nikon had good referb deals and qualitiy.
Answer: Before purchasing a refurbished camera, check out new camera prices first. You may only be saving a small amount in the long run.

Q: Need suggestions for a great starter DSLR camera?Hello I am looking to buy a good starter digital SLR camera, I have a friend who just bought a d60 nikion but is having trouble working out how to use it. I want one that is easy to use and understand the entire range of $ 500 maybe a little more. I've been looking at the Canon Rebel XS, looks good and simple, but I rather not buy without knowing much about him. Please help.
A: Depends on what you want or need. The camera will be easier to use if you go through the manual to avoid making too big of a deal, well, you can easily find a class at a local university. There is also a specific variety of the books the camera, just try to write "Nikon D60 book on amazon, which should help a lot. The XS is great, so is the XSI (step up). It just depends on what you feel they need. I am sure the D60 is excellent too. Whichever you feel more comfortable using is the one you should go with (look at the handle and specifications to help you decide.) This gives excellent information on the xs: Comparison of D60 and http://www.dpreview.com/previews/Canon_1000D/ http://www.lnkr.net/archives/rosh/gadgets/nikon- XS d60-vs-canon-1000d / If you decide that 1716 D60 XS grandchildren enough, there is xsi: http://www.dpreview.com/news/0801/08012403canoneos450d.asp Good luck, do not worry, what you choose, once you start to look through the manual, it must start clicking.
