Question: I need help with a Nikon One Touch 70mm (film) camera. How do I use the timer function?

For all old-school photographers out there Who are still with digital vs. film cameras – I was told my Nikon One Touch Zoom has a timer function, but I can not figure out how to use it. I visited website of Nikon and she does not even list my 70mm model, which is approx. 7 to 8 years old. Can someone help me?
