Question: What is a Good Polarizer for this Lens?
Hello I’m looking for a good quality polarizer for my pentax k200d. I’m using a Tamron AF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 Di LD Macro Zoom Lens, and was wondering if this HOYA 62mm circular polarizer was a good choice for it? Also is this the right size?

Is there a better choice?
Answer: The Hoya will work great. Not familiar with Pentax lenses, but if you look at the end of the lens, you can see if the 62 will fit. It has the size right at the end of the lens around the edge.

Question: How do you remove a filter from the lens?I am just starting out, got my Canon Rebel XS yesterday. My father has a filter (as to him, maybe he did not, idk) on his old camera, Pentax something, but hey .. I want to remove, but I do not know how. How do you remove and how do you know * where * the filter? ive tried to twist something, and it seems that there is a filter on there, but I'm not sure.
Answer: It depends on what filter it is. A UV filter simply unscrew a clock in the fight against the wise direction. If it is a polarizer, the very front it will simply continue to rotate freely in both directions, and Take It Off you have to unscrew from a little higher. Keep in mind that you can use the filter on your camera if the size of the lens corresponds to the filter.
