Question: Is it common to have pain in the shoulder by the weight of the breasts in early pregnancy?

I'm not big, just a C cup, but my boobs have been growing since I found out I was pregnant. My shoulder (about where my bra) hurt, but not terribly. It feels like I pulled a muscle in the neck / shoulder area and just need a good massage, but I have curious to see if this is common and / or normal? When I remove bra begins to feel much better, especially under the weight of my chest at me right now (supply / sore breasts). Any suggestions to help relieve pain, apart from a heating pad? Anyone know of bras to wear early in pregnancy? Fortunately I work from home, so you can go around "commando" up top, but its still painful.

Answer: I had the same feeling I pull when I was pregnant. I have found that sports bras were much more satisfactory, and ease the tension and weight of the fall of the chest that feels its due to the production of milk. If you still is uncomfortable, and may just be a pain pregnancy can not get rid of … pregnancy is challenging about tolerance .. lol

Question: Night photography, what shutter speed?

I plan on taking a series of night shots of well lit streets. I have a tripod, a vintage Minolta SRT101 camera, 10 rolls of ASA 400 film, a f1.7 lens and a release cable. What I’m asking is, what shutter speed(s) would you recommend for taking still images of lit streets with absolutely no movement present (i.e. no light trails from cars or people).

To narrow things down a little, I’d like really clear shots with minimal noise and really deep blacks to contrast the street lights.

Answer: This is info from my professor when we had to do our night photography assignment based on ISO 400. At film speed of 400 you will not get a grainy print. What you might need is a tripod. As for the cable release I found it useful when wanting to capture movements.

Brightly lighted downtown streets scences: 1/60 sec f/2.8
Subjects lighted by street lights: 1/15 sec f/2
Brightly lit street scene: 1/2 sec f/5.6
Cityscape @ night: 5 secs f/16

Question: Minolta X-7A worked very well with a cable shutter release, film advance and froze + shutter tripping.?
