Question: Templates or Canvas sizes for Photoshop?

Hey can anyone point me in the direction of templates or tell me the canvas sizes/measurements for the following:

Answer: For all designs the rule is "as BIG as your worktop can handle". Your printer (person not the machine) will resize it to your specs to fit the product.

Question: Questions about my printer?

I have an HP Photosmart 2570 and include most of the basics, but was just curious about a few things ... I would like to create my own CD and DVD cover in Photoshop and can not find a way to print the exact size you need. (Example: The DVD includes that slide into the black plastic boxes are 10-3/4 "x 7-1/8" but my printer only gives me options as ... 4 "X 6", 8 "x 10" etc. .. I tried to click re-size/custom, but my options are not pixel size or% instead of inches accurate is unclear. I also noticed "create", offered, such as calendars, brochures, etc. .. (Is it possible to download an additional staff in this section specifically to create CD and DVD refers to the measures exact need? If so, can anyone tell me how to do this and where to find this particular template on the web? Besides, what kind of role I use that is similar to the type of DVD manufacturers use?) Any information would be appreciated.
