Question: How does a laser printer make colors?

Can you do the same stuff with a laser printer that your could with an ink one? ….like print on photo paper and t-shirt transfers and stuff like that?

Answer: Laser printers that print color have color toner.

You can print on photo paper with them (for the most part-get the correct type) but there are no “iron on t-shirt transfer paper” for laser printers nor do you want to use the “ink jet ones” the reason is that a laser printer uses heat to bond the toner to the paper and it would melt the transfer paper.

Question: I am looking for the best color laser multifunction printer out there. Help?

I work in a small office, but we spend a lot of ink with our multifunction printer HP inkjet, so we are trying a new one with laser technology. We were also wondering if these printers print images on paper camera, which is one of the main features we are looking for, in addition to saving money on ink. The best thing I've seen out there is the Brother MFC-9840CDW. Please have in mind when you reply to these comments and thank you for your time!

Answer: Consumer Reports 2008 lists the image Canon MF4690-CLASS and the Samsung SCX-4725N as the top rated all-in-one laser printers available. I do not know if this helps.

Answer: Have you checked the Tamrac brand? I use a Tamrac for two full size cameras and lenses.
Just Google and perhaps you’ll find something.

Question: How can I connect Nikon D200 with a laptop?

I want pictures with D200 digital SLR taken directly to my laptop for viewing show customers vs. load of them view LCD display or with out card reader.

Answer: You need to either Nikon Capture 4.5 (NX NOT!) Or Nikon Capture Pro and a USB cable (possibly extension cord, if you try to go mor ethan a few meters)
