Question: I put my phone in my bag and over time black marks have appeared on it?

I have a Sony Ericsson Z520i and keep it in my bag a detachable phone pocket that came wiith the bag. It’s black, and after a couple of weeks black marks have appeared on the front and back of the phone, where it rubs against the inside of the pocket every time I slip it in. I’ve tried washing the pocket out and as well as the plastic phone covers but nothing works. Anyone know how I can get rid of the marks?

Question: What should I do with my mouse from Sony that has a rubber cap and rubber has become sticky. Is it due?

The mouse was kept in the pocket of my laptop bag for a while. When I took it out, I found the uppers of rubber has become sticky.

Answer: you can contact or sony to see if they will replace the mouse, or I try to clean the mouse is going to be hard not to get the mouse dip.
