Question: How to clean dried water from camera lens/blurry lens?

Call me crazy, ok, I am crazy. Today i took picture of water spraying out from the garden hose. I didn’t directly put it in the water, nonetheless, several water drop fell on the lens. I wiped it with a napkin thinking it’s no big deal since a few days back a drop of water had fallen into the lens and it didn’t harm the camera beside making that spot blurry until i wiped it off. So after wiping the lens, I turned off the camera. Couple hours later when I used it again, the pictures were coming out sort of blurry and glowing-like. I figured it was the light in the room but changing rooms, going out side didn’t help. I got quite panicky and used a damp napkin on the lens then wiped it with a dry on several times. It’s still quite blurry and the texture is very grainy or whatever you call that. Help, someone, please. I’m flipping out :S If you look at the camera lens closely you can see the result of dried water on it :S
My camera is a digital camera by the way. Kodak M753

Answer: You can try buying a lens cleaning kit. It will be a bottle of lens cleaning fluid and a microfiber cloth. Put a drop of the liquid on the cloth and clean your lens, then dry it with another section of the cloth. The water spots should come off. If they don’t, it may need to be cleaned by a professional.

Call Kodak at (800) 235-6325 and ask their advice what to do. If they say it needs to be cleaned by them, be sure to ask how much it would cost. But I hope you can get it off with the lens cleaner. Good luck.

PS3 is easily be full of dust in a very short time, even if I stop to clean it? What is the cause of manily game crashes? Is this the PS3 itself?

Answer: First of all, relax and enjoy your PS3. Your PS3 is designed to handle the constant use as both a game and home theater system. Regarding the dust, just keep the vents as clean as possible. I heard of some Individuals with a vacuum cleaner to suck dust from the (way), but I still wipe my w / a damp soft cloth-time another. According to Sony's website from mouth …..( horse) "It is important to keep your PLAYSTATION ® 3 keeping the vents on the system free dust. Because dust can accumulate in the vents of the PlayStation 3 system, we recommend that you periodically check the holes (And clean them if necessary). After your system off and disconnect from the electrical outlet, you can remove any accumulated dust with the accessory your vacuum cleaner hose or with a handheld vacuum small. "… When the objective BD, Sony said …." We do not recommend any type of lens cleaner. Instead, we recommend cleaning your discs using lint-free rags "CD" found in your stores local software. When cleaning discs, begins to circle and wipe towards the edge in a straight line. We do not recommend wiping in a circular motion, as it may scratch the disc. "My PS3 has worked very well, then I would just make a point to keep it clean and it will give you years of service. Good luck!

Question: What’s the suggested retail price going to be for a Panasonic Lumix FX-100 digital camera?

The camera will be released in July, and I can’t find any official pricing information.

The only source I have is PopPhoto here:

http://www.popphoto.com/photonews/4184/panasonic-unveils-lumix-dmc-fx100.html

That site suggests USD$400, however it cites no sources and nothing has appeared elsewhere that I can find.

I’d particularly like to know the UK recommended price if anyone has these details.

Many thanks.

Answer: $399
I saw it on one of the review sites.
