Oh, and before you go, it is worth remembering that the team sloth USCIS sometimes not mail correspondence that you are waiting. If you are waiting for instructions fingerprint, you can not get it (never) and then send you the intent to deny (ITD) letter, why do not you go to fingerprints. Or send a notice of DTI and you get, and you have 30 days to appeal, but do not get the call ITD until the day before 30 days have expired. Yes, this is the government of the United States ya!
