Question: what camera is good for skateboarding?
i would like to get a professional camera for photography.Particularly skateboarding,but for other things such as scenery,people,etc.I would like to be able to get a wide angle/fish eye lens.I would like it to be able to take fast sequenced shots. This will be my first professional camera,and i would like it to be not too much more then $300.00.
would the fuji finepix s1500 megapixel camera be a good camera?
give me your thoughts if something might be betterAnswer: Shots like you're talking about aren't in the camera - they're in the lens.
You're talking about fast shutter speed to "freeze" the action, and a
feature called "burst" - taking several shots in sequence.There are high end point & shoot cameras that will do that. I own one, the Fuji 9000. It'll do all of the above and very nicely for and P&S.
However for the best stuff you'll want an SLR. These, of course, have interchangeable lenses, fast shutter speeds, burst and many other features as well.
However, you'll never find any thing like what your asking for for $300 -
won't happen.The 9000 for example is over $400 - go here to look.

And any DSLR worth it's salt is going to run at least $500 and up.
