I have an older model Nikon film camera, an F65.. I purchased it second hand and the lens came on it, and I didn’t get a lens end cap so I can’t remove the lens from the camera body. Recently I noticed that the lens will not focus well, in either manual or autofocus mode, pictures are turning out very blurred. I also noticed upon looking into the front of the lens that there appears to be a ring in it. I’m not very familiar with the operation of this camera as I mostly use digital.. Do you know what could be wrong with the lens? is it fixable without having to purchase a new lens?

How much is a Nikon D40 Body with extras worth? I have the D40 body with the belt 4 GB memory card with USB adapter Nikon battery charger with UV filter cap for the body and lens caps for screws, I also have lens adapter. The screw at the end of the lenses. I have it on a 18-55mm lens. One of them is 2.0x Telephoto other is 0.45x Wide-angle lens with macro Both of these adapters are available in Japan by Merkury I'm not sure I asked whether I sell them or not with the body. Thanks * EDIT * The body is in almost brand new cond. Doesn't have a scratch on it

Answer: Because it is used and no guarantee could be expected that you get about $ 400 for it. I recently saw a local business for D40 with one lens and a starter kit for $ 500. The warranty is worth the difference.
