Question: Lomography Fisheye camera pictures Bad HELP!?

Hello, I had the camera Lomography Fisheye as a gift for my birthday, and it seems to have trouble getting some decent exposure. I recently developed 2 movies today for the first time and half exhibitions were either over or under exposed. The others were really grainy, and not centered. I'm using 400 35mm film for all my shots and I do not know why they come out wrong. What can I do to solve this problem? Is it my unit? Also do you know why the top and bottom of my pictures are cut when theyre treated? also, how come my shots were not a black border around the image.
