Question: Monopoly car? Does anyone know what kind of car the playing piece is made after?
We have an antique car show coming into town and today I saw a car driving down the road that looked like the playing piece car in the game of monopoly. It was so cool. It looked like the entire body was stainless steele. Not sure if that is possible. The guy driving had one of those old leather caps the cover the head and ears and goggles over the eyes. It had no top to it. Any idea what this might be?
Answer: Its a model of Mr. Monopoly’s favorite roadster, which he drove throughout the 1930′s, when the Monopoly game was created.
1932 Ford Roadster to be exact.

Question: film cameras…nikon n70 or canon eos rebel 2000?
i’m taking a film photog class next semester and i need a reliable camera that’s good for an amateur.
which camera is better…
i can get the nikon n70 with a quantaray 28-80 lens, case + strap, and 19 rolls of film for $100
or a canon eos rebel with camera case, external flash, and filters for $150.
Answer: The N70 looks like the best deal, however look at both and see which one is in the best condition. If nothing else, make sure that the lens has a UV or skylight filter on it or has no damage to the front element
Both cameras are perfectly fine, but remember, the one you buy will be the system you will be using for decades as you start buying your first DSLR … In this case, both choices will hook you up to the largest cameras systems used by the pros

Question: Is the Nikon D40 have image stabilization with the standard lens?I want to buy a basic entry-level DSLR, and have heard great Things about the D40 but in the assessments and property lists, I never seen anything mentioned about image stabilization. I am curious if this has the D40 and if they do not, how big a deal, is the fact. I was also told that offer the Canon cameras (XT and XTi) image stabilization … If this is the case, then the a reason to buy the Canon over the Nikon too?
Answer: Nikon and Canon offer vibration reduction / image stabilization in their lenses. Nikon calls the technology "VR" and Canon calls it 'IS'. You need a lens with the technology built in to buy it. Other manufacturers such as Pentax, Sony and Olympus, offer the technology in their camera body, so that it works with every lens you use. What, how big a business feature to have photographers stunning images for over 100 years without them, so it is not as if it makes the difference between a good and bad camera. It is a useful function, but especially when using lenses longer than 100mm in dimmer lighting, if your hands shake and slow shutter speed can blur in your pictures up. – Disclosure: I am the owner of www.lenslenders.com Lens Rentals in Canada.
