Question: I would like opinions on the Canon Powershot SD90IS …?

I'm thinking of moving up to my current Canon PowerShot A570 IS. It has been a great camera, but I would like a lithium battery and I also like to travel more photos. I love the image stabilizer, and I suppose this is better, because it is a newer model camera. The SD90 is expensive (I found one new for $ 355 with free shipping, however), and the zoom is only 3.8 compared to 4x I have now. The megapixels are higher, however. I just do not know if it's worth climbing to the SD90. I can not test it locally, and that is not sold here so I do not know how that is heavy or bulky. Hard to say on the websites. I would like to put in a pocket, a large pocket ….. I appreciate opinions. Thank you.
