Or if the move permits, the Canon EF 65mm f2.8 f2.8 Macro or 100mm (is also ideal for poitraits). Generally you will need a big bank account.

Answer: The HV30′s accessory shoe is standard size (not like to small one the Sony’s use).

Worst case, if it does not fit, get a “camera bracket” – use that to search amazon. The Bower is cheap and has two accessory shoes (mic/light) and is a handle…
