Question: i want to buy a SLR film camera. Where can i go?

i am in the begining level. I dont want a digital SLR camera but a film one first. However seems impossible to buy one at this time. I even found difficult to get a Canon Elan. Look like nobody wants to produce film cameras anymore :|
anyways i hate ebay :| cause i have never really known how to deal with it. and my mom only agrees with $200 :(

Answer: Can’t find a film SLR???

Nikon makes two of them you can buy brand new — the F6 and the FM10.

Canon makes the T2 and the 7N — available at your local dealer.

Used ones are everywhere. My local camera store has shelves full of them and dozens of lenses.

All the major camera stores have used equipment online. I recommend www.henrys.com — there are pages full of film cameras.

Also there’s kijiji, craigslist and the classifieds.

Question: ***** Aperture Film SLR Camera lower the number, it is lighter ****?

I have Promaster SLR camera for my film photography class .. The aperture is on 8 What happens if I will set to 4 it lighter or darker than 8? Is it the increased number of Aperture, the brighter and the lower the number the bright it is?

Answer: The F / stop number is a fraction that represents the focal length divided by aperture, so the f / 4 opening of the lens means that the opening 1 / 4 the width of the focal length of the lens and f / 8 1:8 is the focal length of the lens. So you can see that the higher the number, the smaller the aperture. This does not mean that the image be overexposed or underexposed, unless you, the light meter and set the shutter speed to aperture compensation The increase or decrease in the amount of light through the lens. Did the teacher not mutual exposure and how the light meter at the correct exposure to ? Reach

Question: Compact Fluorescent Bulbs – Type of Light and Brand?

I’ve asked this question before but I chose an answer that had false information in it.
Now I’m seeking a brand for CFL soft white 75W comparable and is mini-twist. Any ideas, retailer? All the ones I find mini twist are 60W comparable.

Soft White = is the least harsh but doesn’t create natural colors
Bright White = is in between
Daylight = creates natural colors but is extremely harsh. I don’t know why they even manufactuer these.

Answer: Check an Electrical Supply House.. They usually carry more specialized bulbs then Depot or Lowe’s
