Answer: download and install this utility http://windowsxp.mvps.org/utils/IESHWIZ.zip

Unzip it in a folder and run it. Choose the background picture option and then choose the image. Press Next and then Press Finish, the background image will be applied to the folder from where it is executed.

Question: How do the work of Windows Live Messenger after you install Windows Vista Service Pack 2?

I installed Service Pack 2 and used to open my windows live messenger any suggestions. I did a system restore to find a solution when you can reinstall??

Answer: What happens when you try to open? Are you getting an error message? You just may have to repair the installation. Try this: Windows Vista Click Start and then click Control Panel. Click Classic View. Double-click Programs and Features. In the list of programs, select Windows Live Messenger. Click and select Repair. Hope it helps.
