Question: My kodak printer (Easyshare Photo printer 500) always says "paper jam" but it's not actually jammed?
When i press print it's fine, but then the paper goes through & it says "paper jam, turn off for 10 seconds & then restart." & it spits out the paper. I don't understand why it wouldn't be working, because I haven't used it or even opened the box since recently. I haven't dropped it or anything. Also, in the instructions it says to ONLY use kodak photo paper, and i'm not. Could this be the root of the problem? I checked the troubleshooting guide online, and as usual, it wasn't any help at all.
Answer: Try a different brand of paper. Sometimes, when you use the paper that came with the printer, it has humidity in it and can cause the paper to jam 90% of the time.
Take another brand, fan the paper and then insert it.
Also, open the top of teh printer and check in the corners carefully to see if their is not a corner piece of paper or even a paper clip stuck. I actually found some in a few printers LOL.
Another excellent place to find Kodak Photo Paper is on Amazon... They have way more than just books!

Question: Why do my photos do not print right when I use Kodak photo paper?I am new to using photo printers, so please forgive me if there is a simple answer to this question. I bought a Kodak ESP 3 All-in-one printer last weekend and the quality of the photos I printed on regular Sample of paper was just fine. But now that I bought and used Kodak photo paper, the same photographs are a gray-green color when printing them. Why is this and what I can intend to do? Thank you.
Answer: Try the paper type or style in the properties
