Question: Why I'm there differences in the reflected laser light, when I hit the mirror image of a diffuse surface?

Answer: I have no idea what kind of a CFB, but I think I know the answer. Because laser light is coherent and monochromatic, if any type of diffuse hits object that you receive constructive and destructive interference regions. These look like bright and dark spots on the eye, and create a speckle pattern. If you point the laser at the surface, whose structure is constantly changing, you move seen in the speckle pattern. Question: The tension on the wires vector problem?

I'm going through a difficult time understanding how to do this. "A traffic 2 is hung from wires. The weight of the sign is 35 N, then what are the tensions on 2 wires.
