Answer: I would have to say ….No.
That old expression “you get what you pay for” rings true. It is the lens on your camera that takes the picture, not the camera. I would have to say that the images would not be sharp in focus and that the images would be “flat” or lacking in contrast.

I really want a full frame sensor, already has one $ 300 lens, with super nice, but do not know what all the different types are …!

Answer: DX = APS-C size sensor. MX = Full-frame sensor. D lenses are more than good call. Full manual controls, pieces of metal. Glass lenses. Etc. E lenses are "good", but offer no no manual f / stop more rides. They often have more plastic in them, including the lens mount, but sometimes even some internal targets. However, this is not always a bad thing. Many of our glasses and contact lenses are plastic. IF = Internal Focusing (often a good thing). ED low dispersion glass special – Also a very good thing. AF = autofocus. IS = image stabilization. S = Servo controlled. G = AI manual lenses age = automatic indexing, a Again, the old manual lenses, but many of the new (as) AF lenses can have this ability to enable their use in the older manual Nikon bodies established for the measurement AI. Many of the older manual Nikkor lenses had no alpha / numeric designation established for them, as such, but may have something of a SC or NC on the bezel lens.
